Project Management

Initiation

The business owners and project managers should meet at the start of each Project to prioritize the Themes that will be addressed in that Project.

Termination

The business owners and project managers should meet at the end of each Project to review progress and identify opportunities to improve performance on future Projects.

Weekly Status

Weekly reports that summarize the progress on the Project should be created and presented by the Project Manager to the business owners and Portfolio Manager.

Project Status reports should be consolidated and presented at the Portfolio Level.

Monthly Strategy

Strategy meetings should be held between the Project Managers and Portfolio Managers monthly to ensure that the business needs for the portfolio as a whole are being met by the various projects. The purpose of these meetings is to adjust the prioritization of Themes at the Release and Iteration Level.
